Body By Berle has the best Personal Trainers using HIT - High Intensity Training and HIIT workouts to help me achieve the best workout quickly.  I work out hard and get better workouts than other places.  I can't find a better place or price for HIIT workouts in the Flushing, Fresh Meadows and Bayside areas.
